From the Reporting menu you
can view the courses that have run and the employees who attended or were
absent. You can download a report for the selected course, and email a
report to an email address you specify.

In order to have the correct information in this report, you need to ensure you keep an up to date record of who attends the scheduled course. You do this by selecting Courses 4 Attendance List from the main menu and checking the names of the employees who went to the course. Then, when you run the report from the report menu you get accurate information. |
Viewing course attendance:
From the main menu select Reporting
4 Courses 4 Attendance List.
The Course Attendance List page
will display. The first course in the list will initially be displayed.

If the list of attendees is long and you want to find a specific employee, click the Filter button. From the Filter Options window you can enter a user's name, or choose to only view employees in a certain department or with a certain job title. |
From the Course
listbox select the course you want to view attendees for.
The page will redisplay showing the details for the selected course.
From the Event listbox select the course commencement date you want to look at. All dates where the course is due to run will be listed.
If the course ran for more than one day, from
the Attendance Dates listbox select
which day of the course you want to view attendance for.
The employees who attended the course on the selected day will be listed
in the Attendees
area. Those who did not attend will be in the Absentee
list.
If you want to generate
a report on the course attendees, select your preferred file type from
the Report Format listbox, then
click Download.
A window will display where you can select where you want to save the
report.
To email a report on the
course attendees to yourself or another person, enter their email address
in the Send Report to: field then
click Send by Mail.
The report will be sent to the recipient.
